नेपालले त्रिवि अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय क्रिकेट मैदानमा आयोजित आईसीसी पुरुष क्रिकेट विश्वकप लिग-२ को घरेलु शृङ्खला यूएई र ओमानमाथि जित निकाल्दै सुखद अन्त्य गरेको छ। दीपेन्द्र सिंह ऐरीको शतकको मद्दतले नेपालले यूएईलाई ६ रनले पराजित गर्यो भने आसिफ शेख र गुलशन झाको प्रदर्शनले ओमानमाथि ८१ रनको जित दिलायो। मुख्य शृङ्खलापछि माथिल्लो मूलपानी क्रिकेट मैदानमा भएको अभ्यास खेलमा नेपाल 'ए' ले अमेरिका र स्कटल्याण्डलाई पनि पराजित गरेको छ। नेपाल क्रिकेट संघले स्कटल्याण्ड र अमेरिकासँग हुने आगामी शृङ्खलाका लागि रोहित पौडेलको कप्तानीमा १५ सदस्यीय टोलीको घोषणा गरिसकेको छ।
