वीरगञ्जका विभिन्न क्यासिनोहरूमा शंकास्पद र अवैध गतिविधिमा संलग्न रहेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले शनिबार पाँच भारतीय र एक नेपाली नागरिकसहित छ जनालाई पक्राउ गरेको छ। विशेष सूचनाको आधारमा जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय पर्साले चारवटा क्यासिनोमा छापा मारी उनीहरूलाई नियन्त्रणमा लिएको हो। जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका प्रवक्ता हरिबहादुर बस्नेतका अनुसार पक्राउ परेका व्यक्तिहरूमाथि थप अनुसन्धान भइरहेको छ।

Police arrested six individuals, including five Indian nationals and one Nepali citizen, from various casinos in Birgunj on Saturday. The arrests were made following a special tip-off regarding suspected illegal gambling and suspicious activities within four different establishments. District Police Office spokesperson Hari Bahadur Basnet confirmed that the suspects were taken into custody for further investigation.
