कानुन, न्याय तथा संसदीय मामिला मन्त्री सोबिता गौतमले सोमबार संघीय संसदका दुवै सदनमा आठवटा अध्यादेश पेस गर्नुभएको छ। प्रधानमन्त्री बालेन्द्र शाहको तर्फबाट उहाँले प्रतिनिधि सभा र राष्ट्रिय सभामा सार्वजनिक खरिद (दोस्रो संशोधन) अध्यादेश र संवैधानिक परिषद् (काम, कर्तव्य, अधिकार र कार्यविधि) सम्बन्धी पहिलो संशोधन अध्यादेश लगायतका प्रस्तावहरू प्रस्तुत गर्नुभयो। सरकारद्वारा जारी गरिएका यी अध्यादेशहरूलाई अस्वीकार वा निष्क्रिय पार्न सांसदहरूले अब प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाउन सक्ने संवैधानिक व्यवस्था रहेको छ।

On behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah, the ordinances were presented in both the House of Representatives and the National Assembly. The tabled documents include the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Ordinance and the Constitutional Council (Functions, Duties, Powers and Procedures) First Amendment Ordinance.
