काठमाडौंको त्रिभुवन अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमानस्थलमा अवतरण गर्ने क्रममा टर्किस एयरलाइन्सको विमानको टायरमा आगो देखिएको छ। धावनमार्गमा ओर्लने क्रममा चक्कामा आगलागी भएपछि विमानस्थलमा तत्काल आपतकालीन टोली परिचालन गरिएको थियो। विमानमा सवार सबै यात्री र चालक दलका सदस्यहरू सुरक्षित रूपमा बाहिर निस्कन सफल भएका छन्। घटनापछि विमानस्थलको सेवामा केही समय प्रभाव परेको थियो।
