स्वतन्त्र सांसद तथा पूर्व शिक्षा मन्त्री महावीर पुनले प्रतिनिधि सभामा आफूलाई बोल्नका लागि पाँच मिनेट मात्र समय दिइएकोमा असन्तुष्टि व्यक्त गरेका छन्। संसदलाई सम्बोधन गर्दै पुनले अन्य सदस्यहरूलाई ३० मिनेटसम्म समय दिइँदा आफूलाई भने कम समय दिइनु अन्यायपूर्ण भएको भन्दै सभामुखको ध्यानाकर्षण गराए। साथै, उनले प्रधानमन्त्री विश्वविद्यालयको कुलपति हुने विद्यमान व्यवस्थाको पनि विरोध गरेका छन्।

Independent lawmaker and former Education Minister Mahabir Pun expressed dissatisfaction in the House of Representatives after being allocated only five minutes to speak. During his address, Pun questioned the Speaker regarding the unfair distribution of time compared to other members who received up to thirty minutes.
