रुस र इरान लगायत चार देशका नवनियुक्त राजदूतहरूले बिहीबार राष्ट्रपति रामचन्द्र पौडेल समक्ष आफ्नो ओहोदाको प्रमाणपत्र पेश गरेका छन्। काठमाडौंको शीतल निवासस्थित राष्ट्रपति कार्यालयमा आयोजित छुट्टाछुट्टै विशेष समारोहमा ती प्रमाणपत्रहरू बुझाइएको हो। ओहोदाको प्रमाणपत्र बुझाउनेहरूमा रुसी महासंघका आवासीय राजदूत एलेक्सी नोभिकोभ र इरानका गैर-आवासीय राजदूत मोहम्मद फताली रहेका छन्। उक्त अवसरमा परराष्ट्र मन्त्रालय र राष्ट्रपति कार्यालयका उच्च अधिकारीहरूको उपस्थिति रहेको थियो।
