नेपाल पर्यटन बोर्ड र संयुक्त राष्ट्रसंघीय विकास कार्यक्रम (यूएनडीपी) ले सन् २०२६–२०३० का लागि 'अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बजारीकरण रणनीति तथा पाँच वर्षे कार्ययोजना' को मस्यौदा तयार पारेका छन्। परामर्शदाता कम्पनी 'बिड' ले १३५ सरोकारवालाहरूसँगको छलफलपछि तयार पारेको यो रणनीतिले नेपाललाई संख्यात्मक पर्यटनबाट उच्च मूल्यको दिगो पर्यटनतर्फ लैजाने लक्ष्य राखेको छ। यस योजनाले बजार प्रतिस्पर्धात्मकता बढाउन र वातावरणीय रूपमा जिम्मेवार पर्यटन प्रवर्द्धन गर्न जोड दिएको छ।
