पोखरा उपत्यका नगर विकास समितिले पोखरा बसपार्कका लागि अधिग्रहण गरिएको जग्गाको विवाद छानबिन गर्न तीन सदस्यीय समिति गठन गरेको छ। पूर्व न्यायाधीश शंकरप्रसाद अधिकारीको अध्यक्षतामा गठित यस समितिले पोखरा महानगरपालिका-९ मा रहेको जग्गाको सट्टापट्टा, बिक्री वितरण र मुआब्जा प्रक्रियाका उजुरीहरूको अध्ययन गर्नेछ। वि.सं. २०३० मा बसपार्क निर्माणका लागि अधिग्रहण गरिएको कास्की जिल्लाको सो जग्गाको विवाद समाधान गर्न यो कदम चालिएको हो।
