अर्थमन्त्री डा. स्वर्णिम वाग्लेले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८३/८४ को बजेट प्रस्तुत गर्दै विदेशी मुद्रा सञ्चितिको उपयोग गरी सार्वभौम सम्पन्न कोष (सोभरेन वेल्थ फन्ड) स्थापना गर्ने योजना घोषणा गर्नुभएको छ। संघीय संसदको संयुक्त बैठकमा बोल्दै उहाँले आर्टिफिसियल इन्टेलिजेन्स, स्वच्छ ऊर्जा र डिजिटल पूर्वाधारलाई सरकारको प्राथमिकतामा राखिएको बताउनुभयो। नेपाललाई क्षेत्रीय प्राविधिक हबको रूपमा विकास गर्ने र वित्तीय क्षेत्रमा सुधार ल्याउने लक्ष्य यस रणनीतिक योजनाले राखेको छ।
