जापान सरकारले नागढुङ्गा सुरुङमार्ग निर्माण परियोजनाका लागि थप ५.७ अर्ब जापानी येन सहुलियतपूर्ण ऋण उपलब्ध गराउने भएको छ। अर्थ सचिव घनश्याम उपाध्याय र नेपालका लागि जापानी राजदूत माएदा तोरुले बुधबार काठमाडौंमा यससम्बन्धी सम्झौतामा हस्ताक्षर गर्नुभयो। यो थप सहयोगसँगै यस परियोजनाका लागि जापानको कुल ऋण सहायता २२ अर्ब येनभन्दा बढी पुगेको छ। यस आयोजनाले राजधानी प्रवेश गर्ने मुख्य नाकामा सडक सञ्जाल सुधार गर्ने र यात्राको समय घटाउने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
