नेपाल सरकारले सार्वजनिक सेवाहरूलाई सुचारु राख्न २५ वटा अत्यावश्यक सेवाका क्षेत्रहरूमा हडताल र बन्द गर्न निषेध गरेको छ। गृह मन्त्रालयले नेपाल राजपत्रमा सूचना प्रकाशित गर्दै आवश्यक सेवा सञ्चालन ऐन, २०१७ को अधिकार प्रयोग गरी यो प्रतिबन्ध लगाएको हो। हरेक छ महिनामा नवीकरण गरिने यस निर्णयले दूरसञ्चार, यातायात र स्वास्थ्य जस्ता महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रहरूलाई समेटेको छ।
