नेपालका लागि रुसी महासङ्घका नवनियुक्त राजदूत एलेक्सी भ्लादिमिरोभिच सुरोभत्सेभले मंगलबार परराष्ट्रमन्त्री शिशिर खनालसँग शिष्टाचार भेट गर्नुभएको छ। परराष्ट्र मन्त्रालयमा भएको उक्त भेटमा नेपाल-रुस सम्बन्धका विविध पक्ष र आगामी द्विपक्षीय कार्यक्रमका बारेमा छलफल भएको थियो। भेटका क्रममा मन्त्री खनालले रुसी सेनामा कार्यरत नेपाली नागरिकहरूको अवस्थाका बारेमा चासो व्यक्त गर्नुभएको छ। दुई अधिकारीहरूबीच कूटनीतिक सम्बन्ध र आपसी सहयोगलाई थप सुदृढ बनाउने विषयमा समेत कुराकानी भएको छ।
