श्रम कार्यालयहरूले गरेको देशव्यापी अनुगमनका क्रममा ९५ वटा सरकारी तथा निजी अस्पतालहरूले श्रम ऐन उल्लंघन गरेको पाइएको छ। अनुगमनका क्रममा धेरै स्वास्थ्य संस्थाहरूले न्यूनतम पारिश्रमिक लागू नगरेको, नियुक्ति पत्र नदिएको र कर्मचारीहरूलाई सामाजिक सुरक्षा कोषमा सूचीकृत नगरेको भेटिएको हो। असार १८ गते गरिएको यस निरीक्षणले नेपालभरका स्वास्थ्यकर्मीहरूको अधिकार संरक्षणमा रहेको गम्भीर कमजोरीलाई उजागर गरेको छ।
