यस मनसुन सिजनमा पर्याप्त वर्षा नभएपछि रूपन्देहीका किसानहरू धान रोप्नका लागि भूमिगत जल र बोरिङमा निर्भर हुन बाध्य भएका छन्। कोटहीमाई, मर्चवारी, सम्मरीमाई, गैडहवा र ओमसतिया गाउँपालिका लगायतका क्षेत्रमा पम्पसेटमार्फत सिँचाइ गरी रोपाइँ भइरहेको छ। मनसुन सक्रिय भए पनि पर्याप्त आकाशे पानी नपर्दा लुम्बिनी सांस्कृतिक नगरपालिकाका किसानहरूले बाली जोगाउन कृत्रिम सिँचाइ विधिको सहारा लिनु परेको छ।
