नेपाल बाल संगठन (बाल मन्दिर) को कोष हिनामिना गरेको आरोपमा नेपाल प्रहरीको केन्द्रीय अनुसन्धान ब्युरोले तीन जना पूर्व पदाधिकारीहरूलाई पक्राउ गरेको छ। पक्राउ पर्नेहरूमा बाल मन्दिर कार्यसमितिका पूर्व सदस्यहरू राजेन्द्र कुमार श्रेष्ठ, ओम कृष्ण श्रेष्ठ र आशा श्रेष्ठ रहेका छन्। अनाथ बालबालिकाको संरक्षण र शिक्षाका लागि छुट्याइएको रकम हिनामिना गरेको अभियोगमा उनीहरूमाथि अनुसन्धान सुरु गरिएको छ। यो प्रकरण यसअघि सार्वजनिक भएको जग्गा विवाद र ठगी सम्बन्धी अर्को ठूलो मुद्दाको समानान्तर रूपमा अघि बढेको छ।
