मुख्यसचिव गोविन्द बहादुर कार्कीको अध्यक्षतामा काठमाडौंमा बसेको संघीय मन्त्रालयका सचिवहरूको बैठकले सुशासन र सेवा प्रवाह सुधार गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। बैठकमा मुख्यसचिव कार्कीले सार्वजनिक सेवालाई नागरिकमैत्री बनाउन र सार्वजनिक बिदा प्रणालीको पुनरावलोकन गर्न २२ बुँदे निर्देशन जारी गर्नुभएको छ। बैठकले १०० बुँदे सुशासन सुधार कार्यसूची अन्तर्गतका राम्रा अभ्यासहरूलाई निरन्तरता दिने र प्रशासनिक निर्णय प्रक्रियालाई सरल बनाउने प्रतिबद्धता समेत जनाएको छ।
