न्यूनतम जग्गा मूल्याङ्कन समितिले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८३/८४ का लागि काठमाडौं जिल्लाको जग्गाको सरकारी दररेट परिमार्जन गरेको छ। जिल्लाका अधिकांश स्थानमा मूल्याङ्कन वृद्धि गरिए पनि कलङ्की र बल्खु-वनस्थली खण्ड लगायतका केही क्षेत्रमा भने दररेट घटाइएको छ। प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारीको अध्यक्षतामा बसेको समितिको बैठकले घरजग्गा कारोबारलाई व्यवस्थित गर्न यो नयाँ मूल्य निर्धारण गरेको हो।
