नेपालमा बाल यौन दुर्व्यवहारको आरोपमा ९ वर्ष जेल सजाय भुक्तान गरेर अमेरिका फर्किएका ५८ वर्षीय केनेथ जोसेफ कुम्सलाई अमेरिकी अदालतले पनि दोषी ठहर गरेको छ। नेपालमा सजाय पूरा गरी फिर्ता पठाइएका कुम्समाथि आफ्नै देशमा थप कानुनी कारबाही अघि बढाइएको थियो। उनले नेपालमा रहँदा बालबालिकामाथि यौनजन्य हिंसा गरेको पुष्टि भएको छ।
