A meeting of the Council of Ministers held at the Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar today decided to declare Om Prakash Mehta, Jaya Prakash Mehta and Rabindra kumar Mehta of Sunsari and Ganesh Kumar Yadav of Siraha as martyrs, shared government spokesperson and Minister for Education and Sports Sasmit Pokhrel.&
