सिंहदरबारस्थित पुतली बगैंचामा निर्माणाधीन संघीय संसद् भवनको काम सुरु भएको सात वर्ष बितिसक्दा पनि अझै सम्पन्न हुन सकेको छैन। सन् २०२२ अक्टोबरसम्ममा निर्माण सकिनुपर्ने यो आयोजना छ पटक म्याद थप गर्दा पनि हाल अन्तिम चरणमा रोकिएको छ। निर्माण व्यवसायीले सातौँ पटक म्याद थपका लागि सहरी विकास विभागमा निवेदन दिएका छन् भने काठमाडौंमा रहेको यो महत्त्वपूर्ण पूर्वाधारको काम अझै अनिश्चित बनेको छ।
