कर्णाली प्रदेशको भूमि व्यवस्था तथा सहकारी मन्त्रालय अन्तर्गतको फलफूल विकास निर्देशनालय, सुर्खेतले जुम्ला जिल्लाका तीन स्थानीय तहमा फलफूलका बगैँचाहरू स्थापना गर्ने भएको छ। प्रदेश आयोजना प्रबन्धक चित्रबहादुर रोकायाका अनुसार व्यवस्थित बगैँचा विकासमार्फत स्थानीय फलफूल उत्पादनलाई बढावा दिने उद्देश्यले यो कार्यक्रम सुरु गरिएको हो। यस परियोजनाले प्रदेशभित्रको कृषि अर्थतन्त्र र पूर्वाधार विकासमा टेवा पुऱ्याउने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
