नेपालले २०७२ सालमा संविधान जारी भएको ११ वर्ष पुगेको अवसरमा काठमाडौंको सैनिक मञ्चमा संविधान दिवस मनाएको छ। समारोहलाई सम्बोधन गर्दै प्रधानमन्त्री बालेन्द्र शाहले संविधान कार्यान्वयन गर्नेहरूको इमानदारितामा यसको सफलता निर्भर रहने बताउनुभयो। यो दिवसले सन् २००६ मा राजा ज्ञानेन्द्र शाहद्वारा संसद पुनर्स्थापना गरिएदेखि सुरु भएको दुई दशक लामो राजनीतिक यात्राको स्मरण गराएको छ।
