कुलेखानी (इन्द्रसरोवर) जलाशयको जलस्तर खतराको स्तरमा पुगेपछि काठमाडौं–हेटौंडा राजमार्गको देउराली–सिस्नेरी सडक खण्डमा आइतबार दिउँसो ४ बजेदेखि सवारी आवागमन बन्द गरिएको छ। जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय, मकवानपुरले छोटो मार्ग प्रयोग गर्ने यात्रु तथा सवारी चालकहरूलाई सतर्कता अपनाउन आग्रह गरेको छ। प्रशासन अधिकृत सन्तोष सुवेदीका अनुसार उक्त मार्गमा सवारी साधन चल्न दिइने छैन।
