हुम्लाको उत्तरी सीमा नाका हिल्सामा लगातार वर्षा र भारी हिमपातका कारण ४१ नेपाली नागरिक अलपत्र परेका छन् भने हिल्सा–ताक्लाकोट सडक अवरुद्ध हुँदा कैलाश मानसरोवर यात्रा प्रभावित भएको छ। अध्यागमन अधिकृत बिमल पौडेलका अनुसार अलपत्र पर्नेहरू ताक्लाकोटमा व्यापार गर्दै आएका नाम्खा गाउँपालिका वडा १, २ र ३ का बासिन्दा हुन्। उनीहरू गत शुक्रबार हिल्सा पुगे पनि अगाडि बढ्न सकेका छैनन् र सो क्षेत्रमा करिब २ देखि २.५ फिट हिउँ जमेको छ। अक्टोबर ४ देखि यातायात सुचारु हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
