निर्माण क्षेत्रमा अस्वाभाविक रूपमा बढेको मूल्य समस्या समाधान गर्न सरकारले विशेष मूल्य समायोजन संयन्त्र ल्याउने निर्णय गरेको छ। भौतिक पूर्वाधार तथा यातायात मन्त्रालयले सार्वजनिक खरिद ऐन, २०६३ को दफा ५५(१क) अन्तर्गत यो निर्णय गरेको हो। पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ, बिटुमेन, एचडीपीई पाइप, सिमेन्ट र स्टिल रडको मूल्य अस्वाभाविक रूपमा बढेकाले समायोजन गरिने मन्त्रालयले जनाएको छ। काठमाडौंमा असोज १९ गते यो निर्णय सार्वजनिक भएको हो।
