कर्णाली प्रदेशका दश जिल्लामध्ये सुर्खेतमा सबैभन्दा धेरै सडक दुर्घटना र मृत्यु भएको छ। सुर्खेतस्थित कर्णाली प्रदेश प्रहरी कार्यालयले राखेको आर्थिक वर्ष २०२५/२६ को अभिलेखअनुसार जिल्लामा सडक दुर्घटनामा ३७ जनाको मृत्यु भएको छ, जसमा २४ पुरुष, नौ महिला र चार बालक छन्।
