तिहार र छठ पर्वका लागि काठमाडौं उपत्यका ट्राफिक प्रहरी कार्यालयले विशेष सुरक्षा व्यवस्था अन्तर्गत १,६०० ट्राफिक प्रहरी परिचालन गरेको छ। प्रहरी उपरीक्षक तथा प्रवक्ता नरेशराज सुवेदीका अनुसार उपत्यकाका विभिन्न स्थानमा १४ वटा यात्रु सहायता डेस्क स्थापना गरिएका छन्। यो व्यवस्थाले पर्वका समयमा सहज ट्राफिक व्यवस्थापन र यात्रु सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
