नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) ले पुँजी बजारको साइबर सुरक्षा बलियो बनाउने उद्देश्यले सूचना प्रविधि (आईटी) नीति ल्याएको छ। यो नीति बुधबारदेखि लागू भएको छ। सेप्टेम्बर २१ मा एउटा डाटा सेन्टरमा भएको र्यान्समवेयर आक्रमणका कारण सेयर बजार बन्द हुनुपरेको थियो। सेबोनले धितोपत्र बजारको डाटा नेपालभित्रै सुरक्षित रूपमा भण्डारण गर्न छुट्टै केन्द्रीय डाटा बैंक विकास गर्ने विषयमा पनि विचार गरिरहेको छ।
