सर्वोच्च अदालतले प्रधानमन्त्री बालेन्द्र शाहलाई अदालत अवहेलना मुद्दाको सुनुवाइमा आफ्नो प्रतिनिधि पठाउन अनुमति दिएको छ। न्यायाधीश हरि फुयाल र शान्ति सिंह थापाको संयुक्त इजलासले शुक्रबार यो आदेश जारी गर्यो। यस निर्णयपछि शाहले नियमित तारिखमा व्यक्तिगत रूपमा उपस्थित हुनु पर्ने छैन।
