नेपाल मेडिकल काउन्सिल (एनएमसी) ले फेसबुक र टिकटकजस्ता सामाजिक सञ्जालमार्फत औषधि सिफारिस गर्ने प्रचलनलाई तत्काल बन्द गर्न चिकित्सकहरूलाई निर्देशन दिएको छ। काउन्सिलले जारी गरेको अत्यावश्यक सूचनामा बिरामीको प्रत्यक्ष परीक्षण नगरी औषधि लेखिदिन नहुने र बिरामीको गोपनीयता उल्लंघन गर्न नहुने उल्लेख छ। यस निर्देशनको पालना नगर्ने चिकित्सकहरूविरुद्ध कारबाही गरिने काउन्सिलले चेतावनी दिएको छ।

The Nepal Medical Council (NMC) has issued an urgent notice directing doctors to immediately stop prescribing medicines through social media platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.
