गृह मन्त्रालयले देशभरका जिल्ला तथा इलाका प्रशासन कार्यालयहरूलाई सेवा प्रवाहलाई थप प्रभावकारी र नागरिकमैत्री बनाउन 'एकद्वार सेवा प्रणाली' लागू गर्नेसहितको नौबुँदे निर्देशन जारी गरेको छ। यस निर्देशनले सार्वजनिक सेवा वितरणलाई सुव्यवस्थित गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ। मन्त्रालयले चालु आर्थिक वर्षकै बजेटबाट यो प्रणाली लागू गर्ने व्यवस्था मिलाउन निर्देशन दिएको छ।
