Supreme Court Issues Interim Order to Halt Eviction of Squatter Settlements

सर्वोच्च अदालतले नदी किनारमा रहेका सुकुम्बासी बस्तीहरू तत्काल खाली नगर्न र नभत्काउन सरकारका नाममा अल्पकालीन अन्तरिम आदेश जारी गरेको छ। भूमिहीन सुकुम्बासीहरूको बसोबासको हक संरक्षण गर्न माग गर्दै दायर गरिएको रिटमाथि सुनुवाइ गर्दै अदालतले यस्तो आदेश दिएको हो। दुवै पक्षबीच छलफल नभएसम्मका लागि बस्ती हटाउने कार्य रोक्न अदालतले निर्देशन दिएको छ।
