नेपाल सरकारले स्वदेशमै बसेर विदेशी कम्पनीका लागि काम गर्न सक्ने गरी नयाँ कानुन निर्माण गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको छ। यस कानुनले रिमोट वर्क वा टाढाबाट गरिने कामलाई कानुनी मान्यता दिँदै नेपाली दक्ष जनशक्तिलाई अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बजारमा सेवा पुर्‍याउन सहज बनाउने लक्ष्य राखेको छ। यस पहलबाट मुलुकको अर्थतन्त्र र प्रविधि क्षेत्रमा सकारात्मक प्रभाव पर्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
