यस वर्ष नेपालभर बाढी र पहिरो जस्ता प्राकृतिक विपद्‌बाट १९ लाखभन्दा बढी मानिस प्रभावित हुन सक्ने सरकारी अनुमान गरिएको छ। मनसुनजन्य विपद् जोखिम न्यूनीकरण तथा व्यवस्थापन तयारीका क्रममा यो प्रक्षेपण सार्वजनिक गरिएको हो। सम्भावित जोखिमलाई मध्यनजर गर्दै अधिकारीहरूले पूर्वसूचना प्रणाली र राहत वितरण रणनीतिमा ध्यान केन्द्रित गरेका छन्। मौसमी वर्षाका कारण हुन सक्ने क्षति कम गर्न सरकारले पूर्वतयारी तीव्र पारेको छ।
