राष्ट्रिय प्रजातन्त्र पार्टीका सांसद ज्ञानेन्द्र शाहीले सरकारको नयाँ नीति तथा कार्यक्रम गत वर्षको जस्तै हुबहु रहेको भन्दै आलोचना गरेका छन्। प्रतिनिधि सभामा बोल्दै शाहीले यस दस्तावेजमा कुनै नयाँपन नभएको र यसले वर्तमान आर्थिक चुनौतीहरूलाई सम्बोधन गर्न नसकेको आरोप लगाए। पुराना योजनाहरूलाई नै दोहोर्याउनुले वर्तमान सरकारको भिजनको अभाव देखिएको उनको तर्क छ।
