सर्वोच्च अदालतकी वरिष्ठतम न्यायाधीश सपना प्रधान मल्ल २० दिनको बिदापछि काठमाडौंस्थित इजलासमा फर्किएकी छिन्। प्रधानन्यायाधीश नियुक्तिमा संवैधानिक परिषद्ले वरिष्ठता मिचेर कनिष्ठ न्यायाधीशलाई सिफारिस गरेपछि असन्तुष्टि जनाउँदै उनी बिदामा बसेकी थिइन्। वरिष्ठताको रोलक्रममा पहिलो नम्बरमा रहेकी मल्लसँगै अन्य वरिष्ठ न्यायाधीशहरूलाई पन्छाएर चौथो नम्बरका न्यायाधीशलाई सिफारिस गरिएको थियो।
