अख्तियार दुरुपयोग अनुसन्धान आयोगले ७ अर्ब ६६ करोड रुपैयाँको ई-पासपोर्ट खरिद प्रकरणमा राहदानी विभागका महानिर्देशक तीर्थराज अर्याललाई पक्राउ गरेको छ। अर्यालसँगै विभागका सूचना प्रविधि निर्देशक सुनीलकुमार केसी, व्यवसायी सिद्धार्थ थापा र जर्मन कम्पनी मुलबौअरका प्रतिनिधि मनिन्द्रराज मल्ललाई पनि नियन्त्रणमा लिइएको छ। विशेष अदालतले अनुसन्धानका लागि उनीहरूलाई चार दिन हिरासतमा राख्न अनुमति दिएको छ। राहदानी छपाइ र खरिद प्रक्रियामा अनियमितता भएको आरोपमा उनीहरूमाथि छानबिन भइरहेको छ।
अख्तियार दुरुपयोग अनुसन्धान आयोगले राहदानी विभागका महानिर्देशक तीर्थराज अर्याललाई नियन्त्रणमा लिएको छ। राहदानी खरिद प्रक्रियामा भएको भनिएको अनियमितताको अनुसन्धानका लागि अर्याललाई सोमबार बालुवाटारस्थित प्रधानमन्त्रीको कार्यालयबाट पक्राउ गरिएको हो। यसै प्रकरणमा सोधपुछका लागि व्यवसायी सिद्धार्थ थापा र अन्य एक व्यक्तिलाई पनि हिरासतमा लिइएको छ।
अख्तियार दुरुपयोग अनुसन्धान आयोगले राहदानी विभागका महानिर्देशक तीर्थराज अर्याललाई नियन्त्रणमा लिएको छ। राहदानी खरिद प्रक्रियामा भएको अनियमितताको अनुसन्धानका सिलसिलामा अर्याललाई बालुवाटारस्थित प्रधानमन्त्री तथा मन्त्रिपरिषद्को कार्यालयबाट नियन्त्रणमा लिइएको हो। यसै प्रकरणमा संलग्न रहेको आरोपमा व्यवसायी सिद्धार्थ थापालाई पनि सोधपुछका लागि हिरासतमा लिइएको छ। अख्तियारले यस घटनाबारे थप अनुसन्धान अगाडि बढाएको छ।
