प्रतिनिधि सभाले सार्वजनिक खरिद (दोस्रो संशोधन) विधेयक र सम्पत्ति शुद्धीकरण निवारण (तेस्रो संशोधन) विधेयक लगायतका महत्वपूर्ण विधेयकहरू पारित गरेको छ। प्रधानमन्त्री बालेन्द्र शाहको तर्फबाट कानुन, न्याय तथा संसदीय मामिला मन्त्री सोबिता गौतमले अध्यादेशलाई प्रतिस्थापन गर्न खरिद विधेयक संसदमा प्रस्तुत गर्नुभएको थियो। यसैगरी, अर्थमन्त्री डा. स्वर्णिम वाग्लेले दफावार छलफलपछि सम्पत्ति शुद्धीकरण निवारण विधेयक पारित गराउनुभयो। यी कानुनी सुधारहरूले नेपालको सार्वजनिक खरिद प्रणालीमा पारदर्शिता ल्याउने र वित्तीय नियमनलाई मजबुत बनाउने लक्ष्य राखेका छन्।
