रुपन्देहीस्थित लुम्बिनी प्रादेशिक अस्पतालले बिरामीको चाप व्यवस्थापन गर्न आकस्मिक कक्षमा 'ट्रायज प्रणाली' कार्यान्वयनमा ल्याएको छ। अस्पतालका मेडिकल सुपरिटेन्डेन्ट डा. विष्णुप्रसाद गौतमका अनुसार यो प्रणालीले बिरामीको अवस्थाको गम्भीरता हेरी प्राथमिकताका आधारमा उपचार सेवा प्रदान गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ। हाल अस्पतालमा दैनिक २,००० देखि २,५०० सम्म सेवाग्राही आउने गरेकाले सेवालाई प्रभावकारी बनाउन यो कदम चालिएको हो।
