गृह मन्त्रालयले लक्षित वर्गलाई सहुलियत नदिने अस्पतालहरूलाई कानुनी कारबाही गर्न देशभरका जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयहरूलाई निर्देशन दिएको छ। 'लक्षित वर्ग निःशुल्क उपचार पोर्टल (सञ्चालन तथा व्यवस्थापन) कार्यविधि, २०८२' मा उल्लेखित व्यवस्था पालना नगर्ने स्वास्थ्य संस्थाहरूलाई कारबाही गर्न यो परिपत्र जारी गरिएको हो। मन्त्रालयले सबै जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयहरूलाई कार्यविधिको प्रभावकारी कार्यान्वयन र अनुगमन गर्न समेत निर्देशन दिएको छ।
