प्रजातान्त्रिक गणतन्त्र कङ्गोमा इबोला भाइरसका कारण मृत्यु हुनेको संख्या ४४७ पुगेको छ भने कुल संक्रमितको संख्या १,४६० पुगेको छ। अधिकारीहरूले भाइरसको 'बुन्डिबुग्यो' प्रजाति विरुद्ध सम्भावित उपचारको क्लिनिकल परीक्षण सुरु गरेका छन्। कङ्गो सरकारका अनुसार हाल यस प्रकोपको मृत्युदर ३०.६ प्रतिशत रहेको छ।
