नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले बजारको तरलता व्यवस्थापनका लागि ४५ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको सरकारी ऋणपत्र र ६० अर्ब रुपैयाँको निक्षेप संकलन उपकरणका लागि बोलपत्र आह्वान गरेको छ। केन्द्रीय बैंकले सन् २०२७ मा परिपक्व हुने ऋणपत्र र १९ दिने निक्षेप संकलनका लागि छुट्टाछुट्टै सूचना जारी गरेको हो। यस इलेक्ट्रोनिक बोलकबोल प्रक्रियामा राष्ट्र बैंकबाट अनुमति प्राप्त 'क', 'ख' र 'ग' वर्गका बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरू मात्र सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन्। यी कदमहरू केन्द्रीय बैंकको नियमित मौद्रिक व्यवस्थापन कार्य अन्तर्गत रहेका छन्।
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले '२०८४ ङ' नामकरण गरिएको २५ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको विकास ऋणपत्रका लागि बोलपत्र आह्वान गरेको छ। केन्द्रीय बैंकले मंगलबार एक सूचना जारी गर्दै बोलकबोल प्रक्रिया अनलाइनमार्फत हुने जानकारी दिएको हो। यस लिलामीमा राष्ट्र बैंकबाट इजाजतप्राप्त 'क', 'ख' र 'ग' वर्गका बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरूले मात्र सहभागिता जनाउन पाउनेछन्। सहभागी संस्थाहरूले बोलकबोल गर्दा आफूले चाहेको रकम र ब्याजदर उल्लेख गर्नुपर्नेछ।
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले आन्तरिक ऋण व्यवस्थापनका लागि २० देखि २५ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको विकास ऋणपत्र निष्कासन गरेको छ। बैंकको मौद्रिक व्यवस्थापन विभागले जारी गरेको सूचना अनुसार सन् २०२७ मा परिपक्व हुने यस ऋणपत्रको बोलकबोल अनलाइन प्रणालीमार्फत गरिएको छ। यस लिलामी प्रक्रियामा राष्ट्र बैंकबाट इजाजतप्राप्त 'क', 'ख' र 'ग' वर्गका बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरूले मात्र सहभागिता जनाउन पाउनेछन्।
