बुटवल उपमहानगरपालिकामा दर्ता नभएका ई-रिक्साहरू सञ्चालनमा रोक लगाउन माग गर्दै चालकहरूले सोमबार विरोध प्रदर्शन गरेका छन्। बुटवलमा १,४४० ई-रिक्साहरू आधिकारिक रूपमा दर्ता भए तापनि ठूलो संख्यामा दर्ता नभएका सवारी साधनहरू निर्वाध रूपमा चलिरहेको प्रदर्शनकारीहरूको दाबी छ। उनीहरूले स्थानीय सरकारले दर्ता भएका व्यवसायीबाट कर संकलन गर्न र यातायात क्षेत्रलाई व्यवस्थित गर्न नसकेको भन्दै आक्रोश व्यक्त गरेका छन्।
