काठमाडौँ जिल्ला अदालतले नक्कली भुटानी शरणार्थी प्रकरणमा पूर्वउपप्रधानमन्त्री टोपबहादुर रायमाझीलाई चार वर्ष र पूर्वगृहमन्त्री बालकृष्ण खाँणलाई दुई वर्षको जेल सजाय सुनाएको छ। न्यायाधीश तेज बहादुर खड्काको इजलासले रायमाझीलाई ४० हजार र खाँणलाई २० हजार रुपैयाँ जरिवाना समेत तोकेको छ। नेपाली नागरिकलाई भुटानी शरणार्थी बनाएर अमेरिका पठाउने प्रलोभन देखाई ठगी गरेको अभियोगमा अदालतले यो फैसला गरेको हो।
