नेपालको सर्वोच्च अदालतले नेकपा (एमाले) का पूर्वसांसद लक्ष्मी महतो कोइरीलाई तत्काल रिहा गर्न बन्दीप्रत्यक्षीकरणको आदेश जारी गरेको छ। न्यायाधीशहरू कुमार रेग्मी र श्रीकान्त पौडेलको इजलासले कोइरीका छोरा मनोज कुमार महतोले दायर गरेको रिटमाथि सुनुवाइ गर्दै जलेश्वर कारागारमा रहेको उनको थुनालाई गैरकानूनी ठहर गरेको हो। अन्य कुनै मुद्दामा थुनामा राख्न आवश्यक नभएमा उनलाई आजै रिहा गर्न अदालतले निर्देशन दिएको छ।
