स्वास्थ्य तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा मन्त्रालयले आगामी दुई वर्षभित्र ३६ प्रकारका अत्यावश्यक औषधिहरूको स्वदेशी उत्पादन विस्तार गर्ने योजना अघि सारेको छ। मुलुकको औषधि क्षेत्रलाई सुदृढ बनाउन नेपाल औषधि लिमिटेडमार्फत यो योजना कार्यान्वयन गरिने मन्त्रालयले जनाएको छ। यस कार्यक्रमलाई औपचारिक रूप दिन मन्त्रालयले हाल समझदारी पत्रको तयारी गरिरहेको छ।
