नेपाल सरकारले वस्तु तथा सेवा खरिद गर्दा अनिवार्य रूपमा बिल लिने बानीलाई प्रोत्साहन गर्न नयाँ नगद पुरस्कार योजना सुरु गरेको छ। बजेटमार्फत घोषणा गरिएको यो कार्यक्रमले आन्तरिक राजस्व परिचालनलाई थप व्यवस्थित र प्रभावकारी बनाउने लक्ष्य राखेको छ। यस योजना अन्तर्गत मूल्य अभिवृद्धि कर (भ्याट) र स्थायी लेखा नम्बर (प्यान) मा दर्ता भएका व्यवसायबाट आधिकारिक बिल लिने उपभोक्ताहरूले नगद पुरस्कार र अन्य उपहारहरू प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
