विद्युत विकास विभागले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ मा ३,२११ मेगावाट कुल क्षमता भएका ९९ वटा जलविद्युत आयोजनाहरूलाई सर्वेक्षण अनुमति पत्र जारी गरेको छ। विभागले सोही अवधिमा ३११ मेगावाट क्षमताका सातवटा सौर्य ऊर्जा आयोजनाहरूलाई पनि सर्वेक्षण अनुमति दिएको छ। यी अनुमतिहरू नेपालभर नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा पूर्वाधारको प्रारम्भिक अध्ययन र विकासलाई सहज बनाउन जारी गरिएका हुन्।
