झापाको बिर्तामोड नगरपालिकाले सार्वजनिक जग्गा मिचेर बनाइएका अवैध संरचना हटाउन १५ दिने अल्टिमेटम जारी गरेको छ। नगरपालिकाले सूचना जारी गर्दै सडक किनारमा रहेका अतिक्रमणहरू तोकिएको समयभित्र नहटाए आफैँ भत्काउने चेतावनी दिएको छ। सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रको संरक्षण र सहरी पूर्वाधार व्यवस्थापनका लागि यो कदम चालिएको हो। नगरपालिकाका अनुसार जबरजस्ती संरचना हटाउँदा लाग्ने खर्च सम्बन्धित व्यक्ति वा पक्षबाटै असुल गरिनेछ।
