नेपाली कांग्रेसका सांसद अभिषेक प्रताप शाहविरुद्ध जारी भएको पक्राउ पुर्जी तत्काल कार्यान्वयन नगर्न सर्वोच्च अदालतले अल्पकालीन अन्तरिम आदेश दिएको छ। न्यायाधीश अब्दुल अजिज मुसलमानको एकल इजलासले बुधबार सरकारका नाममा यस्तो आदेश जारी गरेको हो। अदालतको यो आदेशसँगै सांसद शाहलाई तत्काल पक्राउ गर्ने बाटो बन्द भएको छ।
